Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders will be delivered with AN POST and they will be shipped within 2 working days, unless it is a custom made product, which will be shipped within 5 working days .
This is excluding any bank holidays or festive periods where specific schedules will be made available on our social networks. In the run to Christmas, please note AN POST delivery schedules.
We deliver in Ireland and charge a flat rate of €3.00, for orders exceeding €50 the delivery is free. For international shipments, please contact us for a quote.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do hope you are happy with your purchases but we also understand that some times things aren’t quite the right size, shape or colour. If you would like to return or exchange the product for any reason we offer a no-fuss 14 day easy returns and exchange policy. Food items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do ask for you to contact us first, before returning an item, to inform us of any problem otherwise we might not be able to accept it or issue a refund if needs be. After our acknowledgement, simply return the item to us within 14 days unused (and dog hair free!) in it's original condition with all packaging intact.
When we receive it back, we will arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we do not refund the postage charged for sending the item to you originally or for you returning an item to us, but we do send exchanges to you free of charge).
